Motion designer in MEGOGO

MEGOGO is an international media service with a heart in Kyiv. We have been building a modern content ecosystem for over 13 years.

We work with FOX, BBC, Sony, Walt Disney, Universal, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures and other global studios. We exclusively broadcast UEFA Champions League matches, European Cups and top sports events. But we create many more products and services based on OTT technologies.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience as a motion designer from 1+ years.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere.
• Experience in creating short video ads.
• Creation promotional materials and commercials: from receiving the technical task (TOR) to the final product.
• Using AI tools to generate ideas, animations, video fragments or upscale. Application of AI to accelerate production. Understanding how to combine classic motion + AI content in advertising creatives. 
• Portfolio with examples of work is a must.
• Creativity, desire to develop and improve your skills.
• Attention to details and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to test new tools and approaches.
• Speed is the main requirement in performance marketing.
• Creativity - balance between creativity and results.
• Teamwork - important for cross-functional work.
• Training - key for junior/middle level.
• Quality - attention to the final product.

What will need to be done:

• Creation of motion creatives for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) lasting 15-60 seconds.
• Adaptation of video advertisements for different formats platforms.
• Animation of graphic elements in After Effects in compliance with brand guidelines and optimization of files for each platform.
• Cooperation with the performance team: participation in briefings, work with copywriters and RRS specialists.
• A/B testing of creatives and analysis of their performance for further optimization of campaigns
