The chain of farm markets "White Chamomile" is part of the Fozzy Group, one of the largest business groups in Ukraine, and is a place of care for the health and beauty of our Guests.

We are growing, we change and create modern solutions for our Guests. And now we are looking for a Specialist in working with clients (e-com) who will develop and maintain effective interaction with partners and delivery services.

What will you do?

• Support interaction with e-commerce partners (aggregators, delivery services).
• Coordinate operational issues between partners, hotline line and internal teams.
• Analyze Guest requests received through the hotline and ensure their timely closure.
• Control performance indicators of work with partners, carry out reconciliations and analysis of results.
• Ensure the relevance of information about services and terms of cooperation on partners' resources.
• Promptly inform about changes in processes, services or working conditions.
• Participate in the formation and support of marketing activities.
• Propose ideas to improve the customer experience based on data and Guest feedback.

What do we expect?

• Experience of 1 year in e-commerce, service or coordination roles.
• Higher education (marketing, management, economics - will be an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and working with tables, reports, data.
• Experience in communication with partners or clients.
• Attention to details, responsibility and a systematic approach.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with CRM or accounting systems will be a plus.
