The East SOS charity fund has been uniting those who care about the future of Ukraine since 2014. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, we have significantly expanded our activities in order to save as many victims of Russian aggression as possible. We help the population in all government-controlled territories: we evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, provide charitable assistance, monitoring visits, we advocate for changes, we provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces operate in various regions of the country.

We are looking for a specialist/position with monitoring:

• city of Dnipro, offline;

• remuneration is discussed during the interview.

• 700; text-decoration: none text-decoration: none">coordinating logistics and partners;">conducting interviews; focus groups, questionnaires and surveys of beneficiaries;

• checking the operating conditions of shelters, transit spaces, hot meals, humanitarian aid;

• photo and video recording, collection of supporting documents;

• detection of problems, risks and violations during the provision of assistance;

• evaluation of the provided services;

• adding to emergency response;"> monitoring visits;

• working with teams in regions to clarify data and confirm information;

• participating in work trips with other departments, evacuation, lawyers).

We expect:

• the presence of higher of education;

• own transport and willingness to use it for trips to communities(we compensate for expensesyou for fuel and depreciation);

• developed skills in collecting and analyzing information, writing, the ability to clearly and concisely formulate conclusions and recommendations based on large volumes of information;

• attention to details;

• high level of awareness in the field of human rights and war crimes in Ukraine;

• experience in combat operations and crisis situations will be an advantage;

• experience in community activities and/or work in international/donor organizations, state authorities, think tanks, etc.;

• unique experience;
