Expert auditing and financial company with a 13-year history. Currently  going through a scaling phase from 20 > 30+ people. Looking for a "process architect" to help transform manual management into a sustainable system while maintaining a key value -ethics.

• Systematization and automation: Construction and implementation of an algorithm for automatic invoicing and control of receivables debts.

• Communications design: Restructuring of the system of interaction with clients and implementation of quality monitoring service.

• Legal and operational unit: Full support of contractual work and conduct of ethical negotiations regarding compliance by clients of the financial discipline.

• Standardization: Description of the company's internal procedures and the creation of a live monitoring system for their implementation (without bureaucratization).

• Project Management: Management of individual development projects of the company.

Ideal candidate:

• Has experience in restructuring processes in service companies at the growth stage.
