The "Employment Center of Free People" (GO CZVL) has been supporting and helping IDPs, veterans, women, people with disabilities in employment and self-employment since 2014.

We implemented 32 projects in which more than 31,000 people were helped.

Among them:

• more than 8,500 participants passed the retraining program 500 entrepreneurs have implemented their projects

Participants of our projects successfully reintegrate into society, find work according to their vocation, open their own businesses or public organizations.

Our donors: Mercy Corps, USAID, UNDP, IOM, MF "Renaissance", Black Sea Trust, etc.

In a project whose goal is to support the economic stability of Ukraine, which will help internally displaced persons (IDPs) to start or restore self-employment / micro-business at their new place of residence, we are looking for a Monitoring Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the process of data collection and recording the changes of participants after receiving financial support for their development self-employment.

The preliminary period of involvement in the project is from October to February with the prospect of extension!

Main tasks:

• going through training, obtaining all the necessary information on working with a specialized data collection system and conducting a direct monitoring visit.
• conducting an independent assessment of the changes of the participants after they received targeted assistance for the development of self-employment.
• Performing direct visits to each IDP at the place of their activities (Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions, Mykolaiv and Sumy) (online)
• Communication with participants, checking the availability of received equipment.
• recording of changes and results of visits through a specialized form provided by the project donor
• organization of a training program for project participants

What is important for us:

• higher education
• experience in data collection, information analysis
• experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory
• experience in the public sector is desirable
• willingness for constant business trips around the city and regions
• excellent possession by computer
• Communicativeness, willingness to learn.
