The purpose of the monitoring and evaluation specialist:ensuring the systematic collection, analysis and presentation of data necessary for effective planning, monitoring and evaluation of the project.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning of the M&E system:
  • clarification of indicators (output, outcome, impact) and their measurement methods;
  • ensuring consistency with donor requirements and internal policies organizations.
  1. Collection of data on the return and accompaniment of children:
  • systematic collection of quantitative and qualitative data on the processes of return and accompaniment;
  • verification of beneficiaries, control of compliance with the project's target groups;
  • collection, analysis qualitative and quantitative data according to project performance indicators, in cooperation with project partners, ensuring compliance of data with all project requirements;
  • checking the completeness and correctness of data, cooperation with case managers, psychologists, administration and team.
  1. Data analysis and preparation of reports:
  • conducting regular data analysis (monthly/quarterly) with a focus on progress and risks;
  • participating in the preparation of reports.

List of requirements for the candidate:

  • higher education (sociology, statistics, social sciences or other related fields);
  • experience of at least 2 years in the field of monitoring and evaluation;
  • knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, monitoring and evaluation methods;
  • experience of developing monitoring and research tools,
  • experience of working with databases;
  • experience of preparing analytical reports;
  • experience in filling out reports;
  • skills and understanding of the principles of program planning and reporting according to indicators;
  • readiness for business trips;
  • knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.
  • computer and technical literacy.
