Objective:Filling the vacant position Monitoring and evaluation specialist (MEAL specialist) to perform project monitoring and evaluation according to existing systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Higher education (bachelor's degree) in the field of sociology, international relations, economics and related specialties is not mandatory, but will be an advantage. Willing to take a 4-year student;
- Experience in the charity sector will be an advantage;
- A confident PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, office 365, Google Drive), knowledge of KoboToolBox, Google Forms and others will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;
- Proficiency in English at the B1+ level;
- Collection, analysis skills and data reporting;
- Knowledge of basic evaluation methodologies;
- Well-developed analytical skills, experience working with large amounts of information;
- Goal orientation;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work under deadlines;
- Organizational and communication skills abilities;
- Ability to resolve conflict situations;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode;
- Self-organization and discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Performing monitoring and evaluation of projects according to existing systems and tools;
- Collection, analysis and interpretation of data to evaluate the effectiveness of projects;
- Preparation of reports with the results of monitoring and evaluation for internal use and for donors;
- Interaction with project teams to ensure compliance of projects with donor requirements and standards;
- Providing recommendations on improvement of project implementation based on monitoring and evaluation data;
- Development of project performance indicators and control of their achievement;
- Coordination with partners and other stakeholders on monitoring and evaluation issues;
- Maintenance of documentation related to monitoring and evaluation.
