Premiere Urgence Internationale
Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI)is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious humanitarian non-governmental organization. PUI launched a humanitarian intervention in Ukraine in February 2015. The objectives of the mission are to improve or restore equal access to primary health care for the local and displaced population affected by the military conflict and to improve their living conditions by covering their fundamental needs.
I. GENERAL TASK
Under the direct supervision of Head of administrative and programmatic activities, Specialist in monitoring and ratings ="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">supports Prem'ier Urzhans International with the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation work in coordination with program teams, including defining data collection tools, conducting quantitative and qualitative surveys, supporting the program related to ensuring the accountability of the PFI for the result to the beneficiaries and creating regular reports on the work in the field of monitoring and evaluation (< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">MEAL), such as a survey, survey, or feedback mechanism'communication and responses to complaints, etc.
II TASKS AND DUTIES
Monitoring and grade
Provide support to the M&E team with regular M&E activities in coordination with program teams for:
Attachment to the definition of data collection instruments, including recommendations for questionnaires for surveys and focus group discussions, and, where necessary, translation of these instruments;
Conducting quantitative and qualitative research, research papers, including structured and unstructured, individual or group interviews.
Accountability to affected persons
Support all measures related to ensuring accountability to the affected persons who benefit from the work of the PUI, including conducting satisfaction surveysand deploying a mechanism for providing feedback and responding to complaints;
Ensure compliance of work related to ensuring accountability with PUI mission standards.
Reporting
Create reports on MEAL activities: conducted surveys, training workshops or accountability activities, including with quantitative data analysis and narrative content;
Support the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager with writing sections in project applications related to monitoring, evaluation, responsibility for the result and training.
Education
Contribute to all training activities that are carried out for sustainable improvement of the work and practices of PUI under the supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager;
Human resource management and capacity development
Manage accountability and information processing assistants and others involved in MEAL-related activities, including surveys;
III. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Diploma (bachelor's degree or higher) in social sciences, sociology, anthropology, statistics, economics or other related specialty. p>
Work experience: At least 2 years of work in the field of project evaluation, qualitative and quantitative surveys, data and information collection, statistical analysis or other relevant experience work
Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian, English for work skills
Knowledge and skills: Critical thinking, ability to process large amounts of information, strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills , flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, critical thinking and initiative.
PC skills: Confident user of the Microsoft Office package (with a focus on Excel and Word).
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Start date: January 2025
Location: m. Lviv
