Requirements:
- Experience in the field of trade marketing from 3 years
- Knowledge of the FMCG market
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- High communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition
- Willingness to work in a team and achieve results
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand goals and categories, taking into account the marketing calendar, seasonality and market trends;
- Develop trade activation guidelines for brands, sub-categories, codes and channels in collaboration with distribution teams to support effective planning;
- Manage trade development funds of key retailers and distributors, negotiating favorable contract terms, pricing structures and advertising space for of assigned brands;
- Collaborate with marketing/sales departments to ensure full integration of merchandising initiatives with broader brand strategies;
- Develop and oversee the execution of in-store marketing campaigns, including promotional displays, product activations and point-of-sale (POS) impact materials;
- Formulate guidelines for implementing merchandising standards and executing plans by channel/customer/category and brand. Actively participate in key customer category management projects based on market, category and brand analysis;
- Lead development of targeted marketing materials and training programs for sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales performance;
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing programs;
- Analyze market research data to identify sales opportunities, new trends and promotion strategies;
- Follow industry trends and trade marketing best practices in the water and beverage sector, including customer insights and digital marketing strategies;
