GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreen-Landia in partnership with the Danish Council for Refugees in Ukraine(DRC) invites a specialist in monitoring and evaluator, who will be responsible for the collection, analysis and evaluation of data on the effectiveness of the implementation of the project aimed at supporting the population affected by the armed conflict in the Kharkiv region, as well as women who have survived or are at risk of gender-based violence.

Main tasks:

• Collection and verification of data from field operations;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of project activities;
• Analysis of results in accordance with project indicators;
• Preparation of regular reports for management, donors and partners;
• Maintenance of data collection tools and ensuring their relevance;
• Maintenance and updating of the beneficiary database;
• Coordination of information submission formats in accordance with national and international standards;
• Organization and support of feedback and accountability mechanisms communities;
• Cooperation with partners, donors and state structures in the field of monitoring and evaluation.
  
  Requirements for the candidate:
• Experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation in public or international organizations;
• Experience with databases and analytical tools, confident command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferably experience of using digital data collection tools such as KoboToolbox, ODK or similar platforms;
• Good communication skills, ability to prepare understandable reports and presentations;
• Confident command of Ukrainian and English languages (oral and written);
• Observe the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.
