Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (MEAL) in Potribni Tut, GO

Public organization "Needed Here" in partnership with AVSI is starting the implementation of the PROMO project, aimed at supporting vulnerable categories of the population and community development. We are looking for a motivated person to join the team who is ready to support those who need it most.

Purpose of the position:Ensure an effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) system within the project implementation by collecting, analyzing and using quality and quantitative data with the aim of improving the quality of project activities, achieving planned results, accountability to beneficiaries and donors, as well as the implementation of continuous improvement approaches. 400">

Basic requirements:

1. Higher education (social, humanities, management or related areas).
2. Experience in MEAL / project monitoring and evaluation.
3. Understanding the logic of the project cycle and indicator system.
4. Responsibility, attention to details, meeting deadlines.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Collection, verification and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Working with survey tools, questionnaires, feedback.
• Preparation of analytical and reporting materials.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Communication with the project team and explanation of MEAL processes.
