 KEY FUNCTIONS:
1. Recruitment and retention of personnel
• Formation of personnel strategy in accordance with the company's goals
• Recruiting: search, evaluation, interviews, offers
• Development and implementation of newcomer adaptation programs
• Key employee retention strategies

2. Development of internal processes
• Construction and automation of HR processes: recruitment, adaptation, assessment, development
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the structure, participation in its renewal
• Control of compliance with company policies

3. Development of people and teams
• Assessment of training needs, development and implementation of development plans
• Launch of internal training, mentoring, coaching systems
• Organization of trainings, exercises, participation in the creation of a competence system

4. Motivation, engagement and culture
• Building a motivation system (KPI, bonuses, intangible tools)
