Monitoring and evaluation specialist in Ukrayinska Merezha za prava ditini, GS

Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

Tasks: monitoring project implementation and ensuring compliance of project and organizational accountability with donor requirements and the needs of target communities and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:

• collection, clarification and correction of project implementation reports;
• collection, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data according to project performance indicators, in cooperation with project partners, ensuring compliance of data with all project requirements;
• verification of beneficiaries, control of compliance with project target groups;
• description of data analysis results, interpretation, development of conclusions and recommendations, graphing, data visualization, preparation of information and analytical materials for the needs of the project;
• participation in the methodological development of analytical and evaluation tools within the framework of the implementation of program activities of the project;
• conducting monitoring visits to target communities (offline and online);
• performance of other tasks necessary for the implementation of the project at the request of the manager.

Requirements for the candidate(s):

• higher education (sociology, statistics, social sciences or other related fields);
• experience of at least 2 years in the field of monitoring and evaluation;
• knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, monitoring and evaluation methods;
• experience in developing monitoring and research tools,
• experience in working with databases;
• experience in preparing analytical reports;
• experience in filling out reports in ActivityInfo/5Ws;
• skills and understanding of the principles of program planning and reporting according to indicators;
• readiness for business trips;
• knowledge English language level from Intermediate.
