Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
Tasks: monitoring project implementation and ensuring compliance of project and organizational accountability with donor requirements and the needs of target communities and beneficiaries.
Responsibilities:
- collection, clarification and correction of project implementation reports;
- collection, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data according to project performance indicators, in cooperation with project partners, ensuring compliance of data with all project requirements;
- verification of beneficiaries, control of compliance with project target groups;
- description of data analysis results, interpretation, development of conclusions and recommendations, graphing, data visualization, preparation of information and analytical materials for the needs of the project;
- participation in the methodological development of analytical and evaluation tools within the framework of the implementation of program activities of the project;
- conducting monitoring visits to target communities (offline and online);
- performance of other tasks necessary for the implementation of the project at the request of the manager.
Requirements for the candidate(s):
- higher education (sociology, statistics, social sciences or other related fields);
- experience of at least 2 years in the field of monitoring and evaluation;
- knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, monitoring and evaluation methods;
- experience in developing monitoring and research tools,
- experience in working with databases;
- experience in preparing analytical reports;
- experience in filling out reports in ActivityInfo/5Ws;
- skills and understanding of the principles of program planning and reporting according to indicators;
- readiness for business trips;
- knowledge English language level from Intermediate.
