Head of projects and programs in Bank Kredit Dnipro, AT

Position tasks:

• Develops and updates internal regulatory documents of the Bank, rules, methods, algorithms, procedures, etc. regarding retail lending to individuals
• Develops methodology and evaluation rules borrowers in the framework of the implementation of banking products for retail lending to individuals (standard banking products "CASH/CC", other products "Installment", "Partial payment", "POS crediting", lending via Mobile application, BNPL)
• Develops and updates procedures for assessing the financial condition of individual clients

Main functional responsibilities:

• Participates in the development of the Bank's credit products for retail lending (standard banking products "CASH/CC", other products "Installment", "Payment in installments", "POS lending", lending through the Mobile application, BNPL)
• in the development and writing of business requirements and technical tasks for the automation of retail crediting processes for individuals (standard banking products "CASH/CC", other products "Installment", "Payment in installments", "POSlending), lending through Mobile application,BNPL)
• Conducts a systematic analysis of the Bank's credit portfolio with the aim of revising lending rules and updating approaches to methods of evaluating the Bank's customers
• Engages in the preparation of materials for further submission to the Bank's Credit Committee.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic education
• Work experience: from 3 years in the field of retail lending or methodology (preferably experience in the banking sector)
• of the banking legislative framework and legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter - NBU), knowledge of retail credit products, possession of tools for building retail lending processes (standard banking products "CASH/KK", other products "Installment", "Payment in installments", "POSlending", lending through the Mobile application,BNPL) Additional skills and knowledge (will be an advantage): knowledge of retail credit products on collateral lending("Mortgage" (incl. "ye-Oselya")" — primary / secondary market, "Real estate collateral", "Deposit collateral")
• Personal skills: attentiveness, responsibility, organization, analytical thinking, ability to work in a team
• Mandatory skills: experience with a PC, mastery of the MS Office program package, skills/practical skills of writing documentsof the Bank's main documents for retail lending
• Additional skills (will be an advantage): knowledge / practical use of SQL
