The "ROKADA" Charitable Foundation announces a competition for the vacancy of a monitoring and evaluation specialist to work with internally displaced persons and affected population groups.
Main tasks:
Conducting impact assessment and monitoring of projects after their implementation
Collection and analysis of information received from employees
Preparation of analytical reports reports on the humanitarian situation and human rights
Monitoring the quality and timeliness of monitoring reports
Developing instructions for data collection, explaining their provisions to employees and assisting in their implementation
Presenting the results of the organization and monitoring activities using infographics and data visualization tools
Communicating with internally displaced persons, representatives of authorities authorities and non-governmental organizations to collect information

Requirements for candidate:
Higher education in social sciences or humanities, economics, project management or related fields
Minimum 2 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluation, accountability or project management in the humanitarian or social sector
Experience with data collection and evaluation tools (observations, interviews, surveys)
Experience in charity, humanitarian or development projects will be an advantage
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods, both quantitative and qualitative
Experience in data analysis and preparation of reports for donors and partners
Ability to work with large volumes of data and use analytical tools (Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Power BI, etc.)
