Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (MEAL) in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

Critically important enterprise, charitable foundation"Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv"is looking for a specialist in monitoring and information processing (MEAL) as part of the implementation of a humanitarian project aimed at supporting and protecting and supporting children in a front-line city. The project is implemented in the city of Kherson and communities of the Kherson region.

The duration of the project is 1 year

Main duties:

• Planning and carrying out evaluations in communities to determine the achievements of the project and its impact on target groups;
• Organization and implementation of activities for monitoring the activities of programs and services.
• Conducting surveys of beneficiaries and communities to collect information.
• Preparation of reports and recommendations based on the collected data.
• Cooperation with by local authorities, partners and beneficiaries.
• Tracking the effectiveness of project implementation at the local level.
• Collection of feedback from beneficiaries.
• Participation in improving projects based on the analysis of results.
• Dissemination of information about the organization's activities in the region.

Requirements for the candidate:

• A confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
  
• Availability of FOP group 3(or willingness to open) - will be an advantage
• Attention to details.
• English language not lower than A2
• Previous similar experience in the humanitarian field will be an advantage.
• Communicability.
• Readiness for business trips.
