The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of military operations, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In partnership with the UN Refugee Agency, the Fund implements a project aimed at developing and implementing effective strategies for social adaptation of IDPs and integration into communities. style="font-weight: 400">Providing protection and assistance services with asylum for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine".

Consulting on integration into communities and adaptation to new living conditions;
Development of information materials and visual content for events;
Registration of participants, analysis of their needs;
Ensuring communication with communities, local self-government organizations and other interested parties;
Preparation of reports on the work performed in accordance with the standards of the organization;
Development of information measures to improve adaptation of IDPs;
Control of the implementation of quantitative and qualitative measures;
Compliance with confidentiality in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in social, administrative, pedagogical or related fields will be an advantage;
Work experience in the social or humanitarian sphere;
Experience of working with internally displaced persons, elderly persons and persons with disabilities;
Experience in organizing and conducting events;
Experience of cooperation with social insqualifications;
Excellent communication skills, responsibility, organization;
Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Readiness for business trips and work in a dynamic environment;
Tolerance to gender, age, religious and ethnic diversity;
Ability to speak the client's language;
Ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks;
Understanding humanitarian principles.
