Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs in collaboration with Product and Producer/Host teams
- Manage day-to-day promotional activity as well as ongoing optimization
- Coordinate with designers and product teams to execute monthly events and promotions across all of our game platforms
- Analyze, optimize, and improve sales and events content, messaging, and economy. Own the campaign’s success and monitor in real time.
- Present results to senior management with successes, failures, learnings, and recommendations for continuous improvement to monetization events
- Collaborate with game designers on new features and experiences that will enhance the player experience and player LTV
- Own the monetization KPIs and ensure the business is achieving it’s KPI growth targets
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in an online/mobile gaming company in a monetization role (Relevant experience may include In-Game Monetization Manager, Product or Marketing Manager)
- Monetization and LiveOps understanding. Familiarity with free-to-play game economy and/or pricing
- Proven Analytical skills. Able to identify issues and suggest relevant and effective solutions. Strives to constant improvement and is highly engaged with data.
- Understands the game’s KPIs, business values, curious and insightful
- Well-spoken, can translate needs to technical requirements. Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and proactive by nature. Attentive and autonomous.
- Creative, thinking outside of the box, can come up with simple solutions for POCs.
