Junior/Middle DevOps Engineer in Boosty Labs

Team on the project: Tech Lead, PM, 2x Backend Developers, 2x Frontend Developers, AQA, Smart Contract Developer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in DevOps
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Experience with VPN setup and use of SSH for secure remote access
• Experience with Linux and Bash
• Experience with Makefiles for build automation
• AWS experience
• Upper-intermediate Englsih level
   

Nice-to-have:

• Basic knowledge or experience with the Go
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
• Configuration Management experience
   

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Docker containers to ensure smooth application deployment and scalability
• Create and manage automation scripts using Bash and Makefile to streamline development and deployment processes
• Configure and manage VPNs to ensure secure and reliable network connections
• Administer and manage Linux servers, ensuring their security, performance, and availability
• Utilize SSH for secure remote server access and management
• Deploy, manage, and monitor infrastructure on AWS. Manage DigitalOcean infrastructure as needed
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment processes
