Mine Hazard Awareness Instructor in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

Critically important enterprise, the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation, is looking for an Instructor to conduct mine safety training as part of a mobile brigade.

What is needed to do:

• Conduct informational and educational classes on mine danger for various population groups (children, adult IDPs)
• Prepare presentation and distribution materials
• Adapt materials according to the age, level of training and specific needs of the target audience
• Communicate with the local population, representatives administrations, educational institutions, humanitarian organizations
• Collection of data on attendance, level of information assimilation and changes in behavior among participants
• Cooperate with other departments of the fund and other organizations on mine safety issues
• Participate in the preparation and submission of reporting materials
• Increase own qualifications, participate in internal and external training events
• Comply with internal policies and procedure

Who we are looking for:

• If you are active, ambitious and open to learning - we will be happy to train you!
• Experience in the humanitarian field (and especially in the field of mine information) will be an advantage
• Higher or secondary special education (pedagogy/ social worker)
• It is desirable to have a certificate of completion of training according to the program "Information of the population on mine safety" of the state model
• Readiness for work trips to the communities of the Kharkiv region (the transfer is provided by the fund)
• Organization, neatness, literacy
