Middle UX/UI Designer - Brighterly in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with the co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Brighterly is an online math and English school for children (grades 1-9) in the US market. Our core product today is 1:1 tutoring, but we are moving further: building a platform that provides value not only through live lessons, but also through self-paced experience, diagnostics, practice and transparent progress for parents. parents.

Focus: UI and visual design + gradual immersion in product tasks, work with PM and PMM, A/B testing, delivery with developers
Users: children + parents (two different audiences)
Environment: product team, metrics, rapid iterations, support from PM and Design Lead

What you will do:
— Design end-to-end flow (from the first touch to regular use);
— Improve key screens and scenarios: landings, onboarding, forms, paywalls, e-mail funnels;
— Work on tasks in the growth direction (CRO, top of the funnel);
Collaborate with PM, marketing and development: discovery > prototype > delivery > iteration;
— Create prototypes for hypothesis testing;
— Participate in the preparation of prototypes for A/B tests;
— Maintain interface consistency.

What is important to us:
— 1+ years of experience in UX/UI;
— Confident UI and visual design skills (observation and ability "hook", composition, typography, hierarchy);
— Understanding of basic UX principles and logic of user flows;
— High-level mastery of Figma (components, variables, auto layout, prototyping)
— Experience of interaction with developers;
— Ability to accept feedback and justify their decisions;
— Willingness to work with metrics and check hypotheses.

Would be a plus:
— Experience in a product company;
— Experience with A/B tests;
— Experience in graphic design (or related fields);
— Experience in EdTech or with children's audiences;
— Experience with AI tools for generating visuals.
