A legal marketplace that brings together lawyers, marketers and lawyer services in international markets. 
Geography: Ukraine / Poland / Great Britain / USA / Dubai


Focus on content marketing, local search, lead-generation and improvement of the customer journey on the site.


Responsibilities:
Technical SEO audit and implementation of recommendations (speed, mobility, indexability);
Optimization of the structure of the catalog of services, cards of lawyers and local pages;
Research of semantics for legal services and the formation of a semantic core;
Preparation of technical TK for the content team and developers;
Hreflang setup and control for multi-regionality;
Working with micro markup (schema.org — LocalBusiness, LegalService, Person);
Monitoring of positions, traffic, leads and conversions (Analytics / Search Console / CRM integration);
Analysis of competitors, identification of niches and opportunities for organic growth;
Support of local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile/local directories);
Support of internal and external link building campaigns;
Preparation of reports.

Requirements:
Technical knowledge: robots.txt, sitemap, canonical, redirects, server responses;
Work experience with schema.org, structured data for services and specialist profiles;
Confident work with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, Screaming Frog;
Desirable experience with CMS and understanding of dev processes;
Skills in preparing technical specifications for content and experience in optimizing product/service cards;

English - intermediate;

Analytical thinking, understanding of working with KPI (traffic, leads, conversion).

Will be a plus: Experience working with legal/medical/service platforms/service platforms/marketplaces; Experience integrating SEO data with CRM and working with lead generation.
