"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and the search for long-term solutions, in cooperation with the authorities and by supporting their capacity, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

In partnership with Triangle Generation Humanitaire (TGH) with the support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, we are implementing a project aimed at strengthening the ability of the vulnerable population to overcome harsh winter conditions and ensuring continuous access to vital services.

Project "Strengthening winter resilience and access to basic services for the vulnerable population of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions in eastern Ukraine".

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Carry out the initial identification and determination of the needs of the recipients of assistance under the project, develop recommendations for an individual program of support and accompaniment of children; to state institutions;
• Provide consultative individual support to facilitate access to social services;
• Provide effective referral to develop and coordinate measures to protect children in places of mass stay, ensuring the creation and arrangement of spaces to support the well-being of children. Qualification requirements. Technical skills:
• Awareness in the field of protection of children's rights and social work, the specifics of the work of services in children's affairs, centers of social services and social protection;
• Experience of work in the sector of non-governmental organizations;
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of protection of children's rights and social protection;
• Ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents. Requirements:
• Availability of own PC; and Readiness for regular trips within the borders of the region, in particular to de-occupied and affected communities (taking into account the security situation). 400">
