About the project

Our client is developing solutions for dealerships that allows Sales reps of a dealership to be more effective in their day-to-day routine, effectively track progress and be in touch with potential customers on daily basis through engaging with them via social networks and video messaging. The marketing website and landing pages are build using Wordpress and we are going to introduce some updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain WordPress Websites: Build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and meet client specifications.
• Custom Theme and Plugin Development: Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements and ensure seamless functionality.
• Integrations: Integrate websites with third-party tools such as CRM systems, Calendly, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms.
• SEO Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices, ensuring websites are optimized for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for speed and performance, addressing issues such as slow load times and inefficient code.
• Security: Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and ensure data protection.
• Content Management: Assist clients with content management, including updates and changes to their websites as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project manager, and the client.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for WordPress websites.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: in WordPress development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Technical Skills.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Experience with integrating WordPress websites with third-party tools such as CRM systems, Calendly, etc.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
• Communication: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tasks.
