Business analyst (IT) in Varus

The nationalvarus supermarket chaininvites a Business analyst to its team.

Main requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
< li>Understanding of the software development process (SDLC);
• Experience of participating in the development/improvement of software;
• Experience of communicating with clients (conducting a survey, forming a list of necessary requirements, conducting presentations);
• Experience in writing technical specifications (ToRs or SRS) for IT projects;
• Experience in developing product project documentation;
• Ability to model business processes and identify problems;
• Experience with task management systems (JIRA) and documentation management (Confluence);
• Experience with REST API, Postman, JSON, XML;
• Experience UI/UX prototyping;
• Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, database structures);
• Knowledge of Creatio CRM.

Would be a plus: Experience in product companies and understanding and ability to perform systems analysis.

Essential responsibilities:

• Analysis and coordination of business requirements with the customer;
• Formalization of requirements, writing specifications of requirements, formation of TK/User Stories and presentation of tasks to the team development;
• Support of requirements specifications during the software development cycle (interaction with designers, developers, testers);
• Maintaining requirements in an up-to-date state;
• Acceptance of completed work and presentation of the developed functionality to the customer;
• Writing documentation and instructions for working with the new functionality.
