Senior Recruiter — Full-Time, On-Site in Riga

Are you a dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for finding top talent? Join OMNIC as a Senior Recruiter and lead our talent acquisition efforts across tech and non-tech positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, you’ll develop recruitment strategies, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing : Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, building a strong talent pipeline.

• Candidate Screening and Assessment : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate skills and experience.

• Job Advertising : Create and post job advertisements that are accurate, appealing, and aligned with company requirements.

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Understand staffing needs, provide process updates, and collaborate on candidate selection.

• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Negotiation and Offer Management : Facilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers, presenting job offers and coordinating acceptances.

• Recruitment Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on activities and key performance indicators.

• Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

•4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.

•Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

•Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

• English: Upper-Intermediate (you’ll work with EU candidates)

•Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a big plus.
