Our team is looking for Product Implementation Analyst . This is a new position that has appeared due to the expansion of the department. Webitel has its own unique niche and you have a chance to learn more about it, so now is the time to get started.

We develop our own communication platform Webitel , which helps build the work of contact centers of various levels of complexity . Handling calls, chats, creating voice robots and chatbots has never been easier! Webitel easily integrates with customers' CRM systems and provides modern ways of communication. We care about our customers and build long-term relationships with them.

• Understanding of relational databases
• Basic skills of working with PostgreSQL DBMS
• Knowledge of basic concepts SQL
• Understanding of basic operations SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE
• Knowledge of WHERE constructs for data filtering
• Ability to use ORDER BY to sort results
< li> Ability to create tables with definition of data types
• Understanding the use of keys (PRIMARY KEY, FOREIGN KEY)
• Ability to delete and modify tables
• Understanding different types of joins such as INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, RIGHT JOIN
• Ability to use joins to join data from different tables
• Knowledge of syntax for creating and calling stored procedures
• Understanding parameters and passing them to procedures and functions
• Ability to return values ​​from functions
• Ability to create VIEWs to conveniently retrieve data from the database
• Understanding using VIEW in SELECT queries

Will be a plus:

• Experience with PostgreSQL DBMS, databases
• Writing the code of functions and stored procedures in PostgreSQL
• Skills for working with TimescaleDB
• Skills for working with SQL Profiler
• Implementation of dashboards in Grafana
• English language Pre-Intermediate level
• Ability to see the big picture, correctly plan the approach to work
• Ability to work independently and self-organized
• Ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet customer needs
• Planning, organization and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Support existing client installations (development of reports and dashboards)
• Testing before releases (Test plan and test cases of Webitel functionality)
• Manipulation of database objects
• Writing procedures/views/functions in the database to implement custom Webitel processes.
• Documenting the typical structure of the database
• Manipulating data in the database
• Primary query optimizations in procedures
• Carrying out import/export of data in /from Webitel
