👋 Hello! My name is Stanislav, I am a Product Marketing Design Lead at Liven, a business in the SKELAR ecosystem. We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Visual Designer to join our marketing team who will strengthen our product marketing team and work with us to scale our business and help people.

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Liven is a company that creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve those pains.

What challenges await you:

• Support and development of visual style for communications in various marketing channels;
• Optimizing the process of creating visual content;
• Web Funnels: generation of AI models, creation of graphs and other visuals, sometimes work with custom icons;
• ASO: development of screen design in the store for testing;
• Email: creation of separate visuals and banners for various events;
• SMM: supervision of contractors and finished visuals for compliance with the product/brand book;
• Sometimes help with creating presentations for the team.

What is important for us:

• You have commercial experience in marketing and an up-to-date portfolio and are ready to show it;
• Thorough knowledge of Figma and the Adobe package;
• You know AI tools (Midjourney, Freepik AI, etc) and are able to generate visual content in it based on TK;
• You know how to work with identity: brand book and guidelines;
• You confidently work with typography and layout;
• You know how to use modern trends in design;
• You focus on the result and speed of work;
• You adapt to different conditions and adhere to deadlines.
