Requirements :

• good communication skills;
• skills of competent business correspondence and business communication in the Ukrainian language;
• skills and knowledge of passive and direct sales;
• understanding of the field of construction will be an advantage, but we will teach if you do not know something;
• attention to details and responsibility;
• desire to work with people;
• desire for continuous development and non-linear diverse work.

Responsibilities :

• respond to applications and advise on design and construction in social networks;
• communicate with people who have left an application, answer all their requests and warm them up for designing/building with us;
• to know the principles of our company's work;
• guide the customer from the first touch to the end of cooperation;
• collaborate with the SMM manager and come up with new strategies to encourage people;
• execute sales plans for the month;
• draw up contracts and acts and accept payments.

Conditions :

• work in the office from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. plus work in shifts with another sales manager;
• a work phone is issued;
• payment: rate + %.
