•  Security and permissions: administer security settings, profiles and permissions to control access to data and functionality;
•  Data management: responsibility for data quality, data import, data export and data maintenance. Ensuring data integrity through regular audits;
•  User Support: Assist users, troubleshoot, respond to inquiries, and provide training to maximize the use of Salesforce .

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience work in the role of Salesforce Administrator/Implementer from 2 years.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
basic knowledge of SOQL, SOSL and interaction with Salesforce DB.
• Knowledge of technical English in intermediate+ levels (spoken, written).
• Proactive communication.

< strong>WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Custom development experience on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC).
• Experience with other Salesforce applications or clouds (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
• Experience with SFDX & Git.
