Account Manager to join our team. And here's why you should join us:
- We offer remote work with a flexible schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - choose what is more convenient for you;
- We have a trial period of 3 months, and then official employment;
- Rate from the 1st month from UAH 20,000 to UAH 25,000 with the possibility of growth depending on your competences and results;

- We provide training in Office365, Excel, Power BI so that you can develop your skills;
- We carry out quality onboarding during the trial period;

It is important for us that you:
- Be responsible, meticulous, able to work out customer objections and conduct negotiations;
- Had a desire to constantly learn, to structure new information;
- Was energetic, persistent, could improvise and go beyond scripts;
- Had experience working with client bases, ideally in B2B, from 2 years;
- Had experience working with SRM and Google Drive;
- Had basic knowledge of the English language from level A2.
Your main tasks will be:
- Support and support of regular customers, work with aftersales (80%);
- Analysis of client needs, planning of long-term relations;
- Attracting new clients, presenting our services and benefits (20%);
- Timely information of clients on projects, participation in negotiations and presentations;
- Constant training and increasing expertise in our products;
- Advising clients on all matters of cooperation;
- Coordination of communications with clients;
- Basic analysis of work with clients.
What we expect from you:
- In the 1st month - step-by-step familiarization with the assigned tasks and their implementation at the basic level, understanding of all processes and stages work with the client;
- In the 2nd month - performance of tasks under the control of the manager, feedback;
- From the 3rd month - full mastery and independent performance of tasks in full, decision-making after the end of the trial period;
- In six months - providing proposals for improving existing processes.
