We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Ruby on Rails Developer with 3+ years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English, with an emphasis on confidence and a willingness to engage in discussions without fear of linguistic errors. Our team values a laid-back/can-do attitude, along with versatility in handling projects of varying sizes and complexities.

Requirements:

— At least 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails

— Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails

— Strong knowledge of database, PostgreSQL

— Experience with Git and *nix command line tools

— Experience with payment providers (e.g. Stripe)

— Skills in working with Amazon related AWS and Ruby libraries

— Third party services integration

— Basic knowledge and experience in HTML+CSS, SASS

— Ability to write automated tests and understanding why to do that

— Understanding and using the principles of OOP and patterns

— Experience in Agile (XP, SCRUM...)

— Strong English skills (B2 level)
