1. Writing texts for the project website, including the main page services, blogs and sections about the company.

2. Creating content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with an emphasis on investment benefits and land market news.

3. Preparation of informative articles and analytical materials for a blog on the topic of buying and selling land plots.

4. Writing texts for email newsletters aimed at potential investors and customers.

5. Development of advertising texts for Google Ads, banners, and promotional campaigns in social networks.

6. Preparation of press releases and news for mass media.

7. Creating texts for offline promotional materials such as brochures, booklets and posters.

8. Writing SEO-optimized articles to increase positions in search engines.

9. Development of scripts for video and audio advertising.

10. Editing and proofreading texts written by other team members.

11. Creation of information letters and requests for partners and investors.

12. Development of texts for presentations and commercial proposalsetc.

13. Writing FAQ and other support materials on the site.

14. Interaction with designers to create graphic elements with appropriate texts.

15. Developing content for landing pages that promote the company's products.

16. Creation of specialized forums and sites related to land.

17. Preparation of materials for advertising campaigns on external resources and partner sites.

18. Creating technical tasks for SEO specialists to optimize texts for keywords.

19. Market research, competitor analysis and content adaptation according to trends.

20. Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of content and making suggestions for its improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience as a copywriter from 1 year, in the field of agriculture, real estate or investments will be an advantage.

• Excellent command of the Ukrainian language, literacy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of the basics of SEO copywriting.

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and meet deadlines.

• Navinternal team work and communication.

• Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas for texts.

• The ability to adapt the style and tone of the texts platforms and audiences.
