What you will do: 

• Form and coordinate with the client the search strategy (vacancy closing),
• Coordinate and monitor the work of sourcers,
• Communicate with candidates (pre-screening and support at all stages of selection),
• Collect feedback, prepare reports on candidates,
• Lead communication with the client's internal recruiters and hiring managers (response to inquiries and clarifications).

Qualification requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter with a full cycle of job management.
• Successful experience in closing Middle and Senior level positions.
• Good communication and presentation skills skills.
• High level of patience, perseverance, willingness to work under conditions of uncertainty.

Also considered an advantage:

• English at Advanced level or above.
• Expertise in several industries or professions.
• Own candidate base or significant network of contacts.
