We are looking for a +1 recruiter to join our recruiting team.

You are our candidate if...

• You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• You know how to find highly qualified candidates on job boards, Linkedin and other available sources
• You know the basic methods of selection and evaluation of candidates
• You are interested in researching and helping hiring managers form the profile of the candidate they need
• You are not afraid to work in a dynamic environment

With us you will be able to...

• Close positions in our marketing teams, logistics, finance, sales, administrative and other non-IT areas.
• Conduct an active search and attract cool candidates with the help of various recruiting tools and methods
• Work with cool miltech industry customers and get to know their products better
• Make your suggestions and improvements to our existing recruitment processes and adding something new
