We are looking for an innovative and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to shape the future of our product architecture and influence Nova Digital's growth strategy.

What you will do:

• Architecture development: design and development of architectural concepts and solutions that correspond to business and technical requirements.
• Technical leadership: providing expert advice, identifying best practices and guiding the architecture of our systems.
• Technical Stack Management: selecting and managing technologies, components and tools for project development, ensuring best-in-class architectural patterns and approaches.
• Innovation: constant search and recommendation of new technologies and solutions to improve existing systems and processes.
• Risk management: identifying potential risks in project development and developing strategies to minimize them.
• Team Collaboration: maintaining effective communication with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure architectural solutions meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure architecture meets business objectives.
• Optimization: implementation of monitoring processes and architecture optimization to improve performance, scalability and security.
• Documentation and training: preparation of technical documentation, holding training sessions for the team and continuous development of their professional skills.

About you

• Experience: minimum 5-7 years in IT, including architect roles systems or technical lead.
• Expertise: in-depth knowledge of architectural patterns, scalability, security and high availability; deep understanding of modern technologies and their application in software development.
• Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written skills to work effectively with clients, developers and management.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify key requirements and develop optimal architectural solutions.
• Leadership qualities: proven ability to be a leader, make decisions, resolve conflicts and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Education: master's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields.
• Cloud Platforms: ownership of AWS, Azure and GCP, a deep understanding of cloud-centric architecture.
• DevOps practices: knowledge of DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Adaptability: the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Knowledge of the English language: Good command of English at the intermediate level or above

Additional skills that will be an advantage

• Work experience in the logistics sector.
• Certifications: eg TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect.
