The company "Automated Communication Solutions LTD." (Kazakhstan) is a fast-growing IT company. We increase the efficiency of communication with clients with the help of AI-technologies.

Now we are looking for a recruiter to strengthen our cool team!

Requirements:

• higher education;
• professional professional training in the field of recruiting and HR;
• work experience as a recruiter from 2 years;
• preferably experience in an IT company;
• preferably English from B1;
• experience in briefing hiring managers;
• knowledge of the main types of interviews and the ability to conduct them;
• knowledge of the main roles in a technology company;
• knowledge of all stages of the recruitment process and full support of candidates ;
• experience in closing middle and senior positions, understanding how to look for unique experts;
• ability to prepare competent conclusions based on the results interview;
• fluent command of all candidate search tools;
• ability to find an approach to different types of candidates;
• observance of high standards at work.

Tasks:

• full support of the recruiting process — from the job description to the candidate entering the job;
• closing at least 4 middle-level vacancies per month;
• conducting interview and preparation of candidate evaluation results;
• briefing hiring managers, drawing up candidate portraits and job descriptions;
• conducting professional communication with candidates;
• competent presentation of the employer company;
• preparation of offers;
• preparation of work reports;
• quality documentary support of the process.

Working conditions:

• remote work according to the schedule of Almaty (Kazakhstan);
• exercise twice a month;
• partial gym compensation;

• work with AI technologies.
