Junior Recruiter (non-tech) in Talent Hunters Hub

We are a recruitment agency specializing in three areas:IT, Marketing and HR . We are currently looking for a Recruiter-a to strengthen our team.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience in the position of a recruiter from 6 months - will be an advantage;
• Ability to use various resources to search for candidates;
• Communication, skills in working with objections;
• Orientation to result;
• Proficiency in English at the level of Intermediate would be an advantage.

What will be included in your duties:

• Managing the full recruiting cycle of the process (from posting vacancies on job sites to sending a job offer);
• Help with the adaptation of new employees;
• Monitoring of market wages;
• Maintenance of CRM system and reporting.
