We are looking for a Middle Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of developing HR policies and directing and coordinating recruitment, compensation and benefits, and labor relations activities.
Responsibilities:
Determine the need for labor resources and draw up the profile of the position in cooperation with departmental leaders
Create job descriptions for job sites, social networks, instant messengers, and other sources used to search the candidates
Manage the full cycle of personnel recruitment (resume searching, interviewing, and supporting the candidates throughout the entire selection process)
Leverage additional sources to attract candidates (collecting recommendations, working with a database of candidates, participating in events, headhunting, etc.)
Agree on the terms of employment
Maintain the database of candidates
Report on the progress of the recruitment process.
Requirements:
1+ year(s) of recruitment experience (within marketing or recruitment agencies would be an advantage)
English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate
Experience in marketing and IT industries would be a big plus
Quick learner, with an energetic personality
Creative approach to work
Analytical mindset
Good Internet search skills (professional communities, social media, job sites, etc.)
Focus on results while retaining flexibility
Experience in searching for personnel worldwide would be a big plus
