Looking for talented and proactive Project Manager for our dream team and we offer wide range of projects you may participate in based on your skills and experience level.

Responsibilities

— End-to-end project oversight including tracking tasks and milestone progress, timely execution, financials and team engagement;

— Maximize income from projects through good management and efficient delivery;

— Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;

— Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

— Serve as primary person of contact for the client, meetings with worldwide customers;

— Understand the client’s business to add value to projects;

— Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams;

— Ensure agreed processes are used;

— Report on project performance as appropriate;

— Contribute to the growth of the accounts;

— Decision-making in risk situations.

Requirements

— Proven track record of 2-3 years IT outsource company in project management role English Upper-Intermediate or higher and strong knowledge of web development processes

— A comprehensive grasp of SDLC management — Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail, organization, and responsiveness;

— Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical challenges;

— Demonstrated ability to manage projects of up to 10 persons or projects with budget $50-150k

— Experience in assuming responsibility for all project aspects including budgeting, scoping, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards.

— Track record of managing Fixed-price projects successfully.

— Experience in negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution capabilities. — Familiarity with different types of contracts in software development company

— Proficiency in English at fluent level.

— Higher completed education (any direction)

— Successfully completed courses in project management or business analyst

Will be a plus:

— Еxpertise in data science direction

— Wide experience working in large IT outsourcing companies
