You are:

An energetic, intelligent, and inventive person who wants to start a career and sees the future in IT. You’ve taken a few steps on your own, and therefore have some knowledge in the following areas:

• English Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate. English will be your everyday tool, so be honest with yourself. Before the interview, you will be asked to take a test, during the interview some of the questions may be discussed in English (no pressure :-)
• Basic SQL (types of statements, query logic).

Any of the following would be a plus:

• Basic Regexp syntax.
• Previous experience in analytics (for example, experience with data visualisation).
• Technical education or any other tech-related experience.
• Basic HTML/XML/scripting knowledge.
• Previous experience/or interest in product/project management.
• Any additional knowledge/projects/initiatives.

Soft skills are no less important:

• Quick wits, responsibility, and self-direction is a big deal, as you’ll constantly be learning and keeping up with new technologies and ideas.
• Desire and ability to work in a team is essential, because our day-to-day involves a lot of talking, and collaborating on tasks and projects.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills are highly valued, as those will help you dive into challenging tasks, spot patterns, and dig deep to find answers.
• Having a sense of humor is always appreciated, it makes the work environment positive and fun.

As MTM Engineer you will:

• Learn our proprietary language to write data extractors.
• Use regex to modify data points or simplify data extractors.
• Utilise MySQL for queries and procedures to analyse and/or modify datasets.
• Interact with BI-tools to analyse the completeness and quality of datasets.
• Take part in activities aimed to improve our internal technology and processes.
• Be involved in user acceptance of new features and tools.
