To strengthen the team and strengthen the Laba brand, we need a Middle Graphic Designer who will work with us to innovate creative materials that will attract the attention of our clients, will convey meaning and show the value of our product.

Your tasks :

• development of advertising materials for digital advertising;
• creation of static and animated creatives for advertising campaigns;
• preparation of new formats of advertising materials;
• creation of presentation templates, email newsletters, SMM materials and identity for brand awareness projects;
• merch design design and related brand materials;
• cooperation with copywriters, marketers and brand manager;
• proposing and testing hypotheses to improve advertising effectiveness. 

We may have a match if you:

• have 2+ years of experience in graphic design;
• you are confident in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects);
• have experience with AI tools for generating static content;
• creative approach to solving problems, attentive to details;
• you know how to work in a team and meet deadlines;
• you want to create the perfect result and want to learn new techniques and develop - we we often experiment.

Will plus:

• experience in designing concepts: brands, events, individual projects. 
• experience in team coordination and cooperation with different departments (marketing, HR and others).
