Team Lead Call Center (Sale of Computer and Telephone Technology) in Staff Service

Our partner, Ukrainian online store JustBuy, specializing in the sale of computer and telephone equipment, is looking for an experienced Team Lead to join the team, who will help the company reach new heights and contribute to the development of sales< /strong>

Functional responsibilities:

• Organizing the work of a team of call center operators (up to 5 people)
• Setting goals and control of their implementation (KPI, sales plans);
• Motivation of the team and development of professional skills of operators;
• Monitoring the quality of customer service and analysis of performance indicators;
• Identification and implementation of ways to improve sales processes;
• Conducting trainings and individual sessions with employees;
• Reporting to management on team work and key indicators;

Competences and experience:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (Team Lead, Supervisor, Senior operator ).
• Understanding the basics of sales and persuasion techniques.
• Team management skills: leadership, organization, ability to motivate.
• High level of communication skills and customer orientation.
• The ability to quickly make decisions and resolve conflict situations.
• The desire to develop and develop your team.
• Knowledge of PC and CRM systems at a high level will be an advantage .
