Middle Account manager in MixDigital

We are looking for a Middle Account Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for managing Ukrainian and international projects, will become a key link between clients and internal teams and will help to implement high-quality B2B and B2C campaigns in the categories of E-commerce, FinTech, Agro, FMCG, Healthcare, etc.

Your main tasks:

• Complex project management — from concept development and budgeting to achieving expected results.
• Organization and coordination of the Design, Content Production, Buying (Media and Performance) teams, Analytics, Strategy, Planning), as well as interaction with billing managers, accounting and lawyers.
• Setting tasks for the team and monitoring the timeliness and effectiveness of execution.
• Identification of additional customer needs and offering relevant services and products of the agency.
• Formation of financial reporting for projects.
• Building long-term partnerships with customers based on trust and professionalism.

Experience:

• From 2 years in the position of Middle Account Manager / Project Manager in an advertising or digital agency.
• Working with complex projects and well-known local and international clients.
• Experience of working with advertising campaigns in digital, with a clear understanding of tools to achieve performance goals.

Hard Skills:

• Understanding the principles of digital advertising, metrics, tools and platforms.
• Practical experience with Gemius, Google Ads, Google Analytics, programmatic platforms, Meta Ads, DV360, remarketing and application promotion tools.
• English - from level B2 (verbal and written communication with clients).
• Project management skills: from launch to KPI control and achievement business goals of clients.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to conduct effective negotiations.
• Ability to prepare and present products and services to clients.
• Systematic at work.
• Preactivity
