Mid Backend Developer with Golang (US, eCatholic) @ From Poland With Dev in From Poland With Dev

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer who is focused on working and further development in Golang. Together with eCatholic, we create a large and innovative system supporting social and religious activities in the USA. Our team is perfectly coordinated, and when performing daily tasks we feel that we are really doing something important.

Recruitment process:

• 30 min initial interview with HR.
• 30-45 min technical interview.
• Recruitment task.
• 60 minutes of the final match with the US team.

• Mid-level backend experience, including at least 6 months of commercial experience in Golang.
• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, Aurora) and the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience building and using REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structure.
• English enabling free participation in meetings.
• Willingness to work in the afternoon (especially at the implementation stage).

Welcome:

• Experience with AWS and knowledge of container technologies (Docker, AWS ECS).
• Knowledge of Python (for integration testing).
• Knowledge of protocol buffers and message brokers (Kafka).
• Although little commercial experience on the front-end.
• Education in computer science or mathematics will be a great advantage.
