Oracle/PostgreSQL DB Developer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with one or more databases from the list: Oracle, PostgreSQL;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in database application development;
• Practical experience in data modeling and writing the stored code;
• Practical experience in the performance tuning of database servers;
• Experience with Python, bash script;
• Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with databases: SQL Server, MySQL;
• Experience with DWH, BI, ETL systems;
• Experience with AWS cloud;
• Experience in administering database servers and operating systems (Windows, Linux).

Responsibilities:

• Tasks of the migration of database objects, code, auxiliary scripts and data from Oracle to PostgreSQL (+ RDS, Aurora);
• Performance tuning of migrated applications on the PostgreSQL;
• Participation in the development of products/tools for working with different DBs
