Responsibilities:

Office/Microsoft environment management 365

Management of Hybrid Azure AD environments

Implementation and management of advanced Microsoft 365 Services, including Enterprise and Mobility

Role of advisor to management regarding О365

Working with end users and vendors on application and environment support

3rd line support

We expect you to:

Higher education in the field of economics, mathematics, informatics or related fields

Work experience of 2 years or more in the field of IT and in the position of Microsoft O365 Engineer

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online , SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, Teams, Azure AD

Knowledge and ability to work with Azure Active Directory

Ability to manage Mailbox (Mailbox permission, delegation, quota management, mail tracking, and mail transport rule creation/modification)

Experience in supporting and solving problems in Office365 desktop and mobile applications

Fluency in PowerShell scripting

Fixing errors in Mail-flow , Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance
