We are looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team. The Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing all important aspects of the project launch. This includes recruiting and interviewing candidates, conducting necessary training, setting up workflows, and maintaining regular communication with the client to gather up-to-date information and required data. The onboarding manager ensures that the main elements of the project are in place for a successful launch

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
• Excellent communication abilities’
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• High tolerance for stress
• Previous experience in sales or pre-sales processes (very basic)
• Proficient in using Google Sheets
• Familiarity with various customer service CRM systems (such as Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
• Experience as a trainer

Responsibilities:

• Manage a positive transition for the customer from the sales team
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare client offers
• Interview and train new agents
• Develop knowledge bases, workflows, and other support materials required for the project
• Monitor agent performance during the first month of collaboration with the client
• Addresses and resolves any issues that arise during the onboarding period
