- Analysis of training needs: identification and formalization of business and employee requests.
- Development of methodological materials: creation of programs, scenarios, presentations, workbooks, tests and cases.
- Designing training courses: both face-to-face and remote (e-learning).
- Selection and implementation of training methods: active methods, gamification, blended learning, etc.
- Evaluation of training effectiveness: development of evaluation criteria, analysis of feedback, adjustment of programs.
- Working with LMS: loading courses, tracking progress, analytics.
Key competencies
- Knowledge of andragogy and modern approaches to adult learning.
- Skills of instructional design (Instructional Design).
- Ability to work with LMS-systems.
- Skills of data analysis and evaluation of learning effectiveness.
- Creativity and systems thinking
Qualification requirements
- Higher education (pedagogy, psychology, HR, personnel management, etc.).
- Experience in training and personnel development for 2-3 years.
- Experience in developing trainings and methodological materials.
- Knowledge of English (preferable if the company is international).
