Engineer-instructor of NRK in Boriviter, Viyskova shkola

Boriviter Military School is a public non-profit organization that was created in April 2022 in response to the military invasion of the Russian Federation.

We combine Ukrainian expertise, analytics and innovation to create defense solutions that keep Ukraine and Europe one step ahead of threats. We are looking for an experienced specialist who is ready to combine technical training, development and updating of training programs and practical engineering work.

Areas of responsibility:

• Training of cadets by direction "NRK Engineering" with an emphasis on the practical application of systems in military conditions.
• Development and conducting of lecture and practical (laboratory) classes using modern technologies and training methods.
• Ensuring maintenance, diagnostics and ongoing repair of electronic components of the NRK for uninterrupted operation of the educational process.
• Support and improvement of computer networks and educational server infrastructure bases.
• Updating and developing training programs and materials in accordance with current standards and practices in the field of national resistance.
• Maintaining training facilities and workshops in proper technical condition for conducting classes.

Key expectations:

• High motivation for the training of military personnel with different levels of training and contribution to the common goal of approaching the victory of Ukraine.
• Experience in the operation and engineering of NRK is a significant advantage for the candidate.
• Related experience in working with BpAK, automotive and/or tracked machinery.
• Understanding the structure, principles of operation and operation of NRK and BpAK, as well as the specifics of their application in military conditions.
• Practical skills in working with modern operating systems (Android, Windows) and the Google Workspace office suite.
• Experience in working with microelectronics, the ability to solder and understanding the basics circuit techniques.
• Practical experience in setting up INAV, ArduPilot, Betaflight systems.
• Knowledge of the principles of building computer networks and basic IT solutions for the educational process.
• Responsible, systematic and proactive approach to tasks.
• Basic level of English language proficiency (for working with technical documentation).
• Teaching skills and public speaking will be considered as an additional advantage.
